An origin and transmission story
I am Ivan Rakotomalala, founder of FOSA Indigo Spirits. I grew up between several cultures, with Madagascar as a starting point, and I've always been sensitive to what journeys, encounters, and memories can convey through taste.
With FOSA, I wanted to create rum-based cocktails and spirits capable of telling a story: that of a fruit, a spice, a place, an emotion or a shared moment.
This richness is naturally found in each creation, where global inspirations cross paths, artisanal know-how and the search for balance, in a sincere, elegant and open approach to sharing.
A mission: Help Madagascar
Through FOSA Indigo Spirits, I wanted to give this adventure a dimension that goes beyond the bottle. My desire is also to give back to Madagascar part of what she passed on to me, by supporting, on my scale, useful actions around health and education.
